Privacy

PuckPaths is an education and planning service run by Matt Parreira in Ontario, Canada. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your email, when you request a free call through the form on our site.
• What you share with us on a call or by email, such as your player's grade, team, school, courses and marks.

What we don't collect

• The free eligibility check runs entirely in your browser. The courses you enter are saved only on your own device and are never sent to us.
• We don't use advertising trackers, and we never sell or rent your information.

How we use it

• To schedule and prepare for your call, and to send you the follow-up notes and anything you ask for.
• To deliver any paid plan or support you choose.

We collect only what we need, and we talk with parents or guardians, not directly with players under 18.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and emails are kept in our business email account. Some of these services may store data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're working with you and for a reasonable time afterward, then delete it. Report cards or transcripts you share are deleted when your plan or support ends.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing matt@puckpaths.ca. We'll respond within 30 days.
